Hoe voorkom je verkleurde tanden?

How do you prevent discolored teeth?

There are a number of ways / habits that can ensure that you prevent the discoloration of your teeth, you can do ALL these tips and tricks at home.

These are the following ways you can do at home:

  • Brushing your teeth:  Brushing your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste makes your teeth less sensitive to acid.

  • Extra tooth brushing: Brush your teeth 30 minutes after eating or drinking something sweet or sour.

  • After eating or drinking: Rinse with water. Water dilutes the acids and partly washes away the dyes.

  • Reduce food/drink: Do not eat and drink throughout the day. The acidity in your mouth must have time to recover. Expect at least 2 hours between meals.

  • Flossing: Flossing regularly. At least once a day to remove dental plaque. Dental plaque also causes stains
