How can I return?

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You can submit a return request within 30 days. Fill in the form on this page and we will process your return request within two working days.

We provide a return label that you can use to drop off your package at a PostNL point or to give it to a package delivery person (note : giving it to a delivery person is not possible in Belgium).

Can I return an item in the store?

No, unfortunately we do not yet have a physical store.

Do I pay shipping costs for my return?

SmileVegan will pay the costs for the forwarding. We try to limit the return of products to a minimum: it costs money and is not sustainable. But of course it can always happen. That is why we ask customers for a small contribution towards the costs of the return shipment, namely € 6.95 per package. For example, does your order consist of two boxes? Then we charge 2x € 6.95 shipping costs.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?

When you have submitted a return request, we will get to work for you as soon as possible. You will receive the amount to be received from us within 14 days on the account number with which you paid your payment.


How many years warranty does my product have?

SmileVegan offers products of the highest quality. As a result, the chance of a defect is minimal. Nevertheless, there can always be an incidental defect in a product. You have a 2-year warranty on manufacturing and material quality. On this page you will find all information about warranty terms and conditions.

How much reflection time do I have?

Legally speaking, you have 14 days to change your mind. At SmileVegan we give you some extra reflection time, namely 30 days.

I have received a broken product. What now?

We are sorry that your ordered product was delivered broken. Fill in the form on this page and we will solve it for you as soon as possible.
